For larger clients with multiple debts it is our policy before undertaking a collection programme to agree the format of all letters, telephone calls and reports to ensure that the client retains control over the collection programme.

Tracing – It is sometimes necessary to locate debtors before commencing the collection process. We trace debtors on a "no trace, no fee" basis.

Debt Collection - We undertake a "no collection, no fee" service for all cases up to the stage where legal proceedings may be necessary. Legal proceedings will only be commenced once we have received your specific instructions.

Negotiations - Our experienced staff are trained to negotiate firmly and persuasively with debtors to enable early collection of clients debts.
