Client Contact – We maintain regular client contact by phone, email and correspondence. For collection of multiple debts we provide regular reports to our clients in a format to suit the client’s particular requirements.

Negotiations - Negotiation is a central part of our strategy and legal proceedings are always a last resort. Many cases are settled by negotiation once the debtor has received our initial letters and telephone calls.
